Irish Mule
1 3/4 oz. Jameson's Irish Whiskey
2 slices root ginger
3/4 oz fresh lime juice.
1 tsp. brown sugar syrup
1 3/4 oz. ginger beer
Lime wedge and sprig of mint
Slice ginger and place at the botto of a glass. Muddle and add sugar. Add lime juice, whiskey, and shake. Strain and serve over ice in a highball glass. Top with ginger beer, a wedge of lime, and a sprig of mint.
